Website use
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Quotes and estimates
- Submitting the form does not create a binding contract; it starts a conversation.
- Prices shown on this site are starting ranges and may change once a job is assessed on-site.
- A written estimate becomes valid only after an electrician inspects the work area, and is honored for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Work begins only after you approve a written estimate.
Permits, licensing, and code
We perform work in accordance with the National Electrical Code and applicable Fort Wayne and Allen County requirements, and we obtain the permits required for the scope we agree to. Access to the work area and to your electrical service is your responsibility.
Workmanship warranty
Our labor is backed by a written workmanship warranty specified in each estimate. Manufacturer warranties cover the parts and equipment we install. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, later modifications by others, power surges beyond installed protection, or ordinary wear.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your estimate or invoice. Amounts not paid when due may be subject to a reasonable late charge as permitted by Indiana law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aether Wildhaven Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
